Alright so after having all sort of problems sinc ei got my 95 neon the dealer ship fianly found another car for me this time it's a 97 dodge neon ex, so my question is what is better outta these 2 cars, liek my 95 has power locks and mirrors, and also for lights and air , where as this 97 is all manual stuff, and has no fog lights or air, Both of the cars are 5 speed's, and sohc, so my question what is a better car, some peopel have told me that the 95's are better becasue they have better cams in them or something and that there alot faster, so far i ahve my 95 moded with a mopar proformace chip, cold air intake, high flow cat, dual exhaust by hucall sports, under pully short throw shifter bushing, and i could get the stuff moved over to the to the other car, so if you could give me sum advice idliek it alotm, as i dont kno what todo, thanks alot!!:)

97's are better in terms of NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) because of beefier transmission mounts. It also has a lighter crank pulley and a "softer" camshaft compared to the '95. Output is the same however.

The quality of the '97 is higher. Check for the MLS headgasket before you think about swaping cars!

It sticks out between the head and the block you can't miss it.

If it has that, I woul seriously consider a trade.

You can't move over the PCM, '95's and '96 have a different style PCM compared to '97-'99 cars. Take it with you and sell it to me! lol

or somebody else because you need a new one. Either a A/FX or MP for the '97
