99 Chrysler T&C ChkEngLight On,locked In a Gear,PRND3L Lights ON

My 99 Chy T&C has the:
Check engine light on,
It is locked in a gear, like limp home mode
The PRND3L Light come on all together oncne you get up th some speed
Any ideas ??
