How many miles can one expect to achieve on 95 4runner 3.0 v6?
Right now I have 108,000 and maintain it regularly-oil changes etc

200k is respectable. It's life will also depend on how you drive it and where you drive it.

Don't 4 wheel unless I need to. I do take it on long trips down east coast once every other year (just di recently). I do notice some tapping in the engine -vlaves perhaps. My 74 celica did the same thing. Will that be an issue in the near future?

Can't say, but keep the oil and fluids changed and it should last a long time.

Wow! 212k. That is great. By the way do you experience any tapping noises such as valves? Also how many times have changed the timing belt?
