Looking to Buy a 92 Red Lexus

Im looking at a Lexus ES 300 and its im good condition, the leather on the driver seat is cracked, and there are some minor dings and scratches, but over all the car looks in decent condition, Tape CD Player, Auto, Power Windows Locks, And Sunroof, however there are alot of miles on this car, 176,000 aproxamitly cant tell due to odo being digital. the Price is 3495, i think this is a bit much for this car judgeing by the looks, i havent driven it yet but for 3500 it better drive nice,i feel i wanna offer him less what do u think is a good price to ask because im worried about buying a car that will die out on me. I have a Lumina and its nice but little probs plauge me, so i wanna buy a nicer car, what do u think?
