Today I went to my local dive store because they were having a warehouse sale. This is what I came back with! :naughty:

This is a Whites A.D.S. wetsuit. It normally costs $580, but I got it for $350. :iceslolan

The rest of the stuff I bought. The fins were half price at $125, the mask/snorkel was $50, the boots were $50, the light was $39 and the gloves were $30. Before you say anything, I know the what the Aqualung Canada logo looks like :p

In total it cost me about $700 Canadian. If I were to buy this stuff at regular prices, it would have easily been over $1100. Woohoo for $400 savings!

If you want to see pictures of it in action, please donate to the Buy-Sean-a-Housing-for-his-Digital-Camera fund today!

Any questions?

You're right. It didn't cost 7oo. It cost $700; that is seven hundred dollars. I'll take a picture of the invoice if need be. Did I mention it was Canadian funds?

If your educated enough about diving to know that it is a cheap snorkel then good for you. It is a cheap snorkel, but that doesn't change the fact it's a bloody snorkel. A PVC pipe does the job. You should be glad to know there are young, sensible divers entering the sport. The old saying applies, "it takes one to know one".

Hey, nice equipment, man. I wish I did some diving myself, but I don't really have the money or the time. Have fun with your newly-bought goods.

Do not attempt to try and shoot someone down by trying to sound "educated" when you can't even spell what you are trying say.

nice man. you got some great fins. you pretty much stole those for that price. also the boots, i know just about any would do, but i have the exact same pair, really confortable. i wish the diving places out here would have a sale like that

Thanks everyone for your comments.

Just because the camera is water proof doesn't mean it is water resistant at depth. I learned that while reading the warrenty manual for my watch. Apparently when it says '100 meters' it means you can only swim with it. Damn misleading features.

The Aqualung/US Divers/Sea Quest/Deep See/etc. stuff was really cheap because they were getting rid of stock in the warehouse. All of the Whites gear was cheap too because it was the dive store affiliated with Whites that was having the sale. That = win
