anyone know of any such pics ? im thinking of narrowing a GM corp 14 bolt FF 10.5" to put under the 87 pickup so ic an put duallies under, or at leats singles for now, bed and rear suspenson all to be modified, going to add more leaves from an s-10 rear, and also add pair of GM full size truck coils springs too, preferably 63-72 rear trailing arm coils, they are two stage 5000 GVW springs, and ill remove shocks and mounts too, they will be pointless since the rear wont evne flex for bumps and such, the rear wll just hop over bumps when unloaded,.
ill modify the bed temporarily until i make a bed or modify a different one, s-10 one or soemthing

i have access to shop with big lift and plasma, stick, mig and grinders and 120PSI 60 gallon air,

also i keep getting told that the big 10.5" axle would kill the 22R-E engine

i dont see how it could though, 14 bolt would be 3.73 or 4.10 geared and i wouldnt be railing the truck anyways, dont even really get on it hard in stock factory original form as it is, so...

what do you think ?
where do i need to be asking all of this at ?

thanks for anything

my reply to you is if you want to make a chevy dually, go and buy a chevy dually. it has way better suspension for hauling really heavy items. but if you still want dually on your toyota, jcwhitney has a conversion kit. they also sell the bigger fenders need for such a kit. but if you decide to get the chevy, let me know if you are going to give away the toyota. i will happily accept

wait, why duallies so unnecessary expecially for a toyota. the extra weight would suck way more gas from a 22re expecially up hill and it will rev pretty loudly might not hurt it though 'cause it is a toyota.
i say this bcause theres a flat-hydraulic bed tow truck in my town (87 w/22resupercharged) and it tows up to 3 tons on stock wheels w/ just a rock hard suspension
