Hi Guys

I have a GTR34 ( 6 speed ) and i wanna buy a twin plate clutch for it,,,

i found two type of clutch for it , one is Clutch + including adoptor kit .
and the other is Clutch + Damper type clutch disk/including adoptor kit


i dont know what is the deffirence between them , what is Damper type clutch disk ?
