You can look up Magna, they're run out of Ontario and do a whole tonne of aftermarket things.

Beyond that, depending on the accessories, most dealerships will carry a supply of things that most people will want on their vehicles. It's a bit more expensive, but you get a quality product that's warranted from Ford and you get a quality installation.
