I have a 2001 Pathfinder LE with the Bose system. I'm planning on gutting the sound system, re-wiring, and putting in a whole new system, head unit, speakers, amp, etc. The only thing I'm not sure about at this point is how to remove the small 1" tweeters in the A pillars. I've seen a number of posts on how to remove the front 6 1/2" speakers, but can't seem to find the information anywhere on how to remove the tweeters. Has anyone tried this and can explain how? I would like to find instructions before I just go trying to pry things apart. Thanks!

start at the top on the a pillar.. the trim as 2 or 3 snaps.. carely pop them out.. the tweeter should remain in place on the a-pillar.. than its pretty much give and go from here.. splice into the wire for the tweeters so you dont have to run all new wire behind the dash..
