I have a 2000 Dodge Neon with 120,150 Miles on it. I have noticed in that last few months a tremendous drop in power. I have already changed the spark plugs and air filter, but no sucess. Today my check engine light came on, and the code diplayed is P0340 "No cam signal at PCM" What does this mean??? Is there something major wrong with my car?? Help!!
