So it's rarer than an Enzo :D

yes the Enzo is really common car if you compare it with the shamal :)

Wow, that is a really gorgeous car! It seems to be in great condition for a '93. Just out of curiosity, what kind of repairs have been done to it? I don't have any experience in Italian cars so I'm curious as to what problems they suffer.

Rust, dodgy electrics, Interior trim falling off, engines that commit suicide if you don't maintain them properly.... The usual :p
Then again, I'd think that the Shamal had gotten rid of most of the Biturbo's problems by the time it'd come out....

Ah, just like Mercedes! Maybe I should become a Ferrari/Maserati tech. They might pay better.

The weak points on the Biturbo are electrics, fuse box, water pump, power steering rack, differential, alternator, rust, and oil leaks.
and i have been dealing with them al on my car .the only problem i have left to fix is the start engine
but the worst thing is that somone have stolen my Maserati Biturbo clock from my car and it will cost at least several hundred dollars to replace it ($600) :banghead:

Wow, $600 for a clock! I can only imagine what it costs to diagnose and fix a starting problem. :frown:
The best of luck to you.

Wow, I love the Shamal! Drove a red once and I'm completely hooked since. For how long have you had it? Did you import it yourself?
