i have a 2000 3.4l manual trd. it has 100,000 miles on her. it has problems peelin out when i drop the clutch which seems absured because i have a 1987 toyota pick up with 293000 and that thing will burn out for miles. I have a amsoil air filter and magna flow exhaust on the new one.. what is up with the power shortage . could it be fuel injectors or something of that nature.everything is oringinal in it. i purchased downey headers and a supercharger but not yet installled. i want this thing to be nuts. im thinking that with the high flow filter, headers, s/c and exhaust it will be unstopable. I need help figureing out what the problem is. also when i step down the pedle real hard sometimes it seems to have a jerking motion as if it isn't getting enough fuel or air to the engine.
maybe the maf sensor.
