Dashboard lights gone?

Okay, I've logged on here before and got some great help. I bought the Hayes manual and replaced my battery all by myself (don't laugh, that's a great accomplishment for me). At this point, though, I'm a little stumped where to go next.
My dashboard lights are gone (99 Plymouth Neon). Also gone are the lights by the gearshift and some of the lights by the radio (the light inside the tape player comes on as well as the little things on the bass/treble switches but that's about it). I checked all the fuses in the fusebox and they all looked good. Nonethless I replaced the one that said "gauges" just in case, no change. What's my next step?

Because there's a few different lights in weird places, not just the dashboard, I thought maybe I should look for a specific circuit by I can't make heads nor tails from the Hayes schematics.

Thanks,
Jason
