i was just wondering if wiring two amps into 1 subwoofer is possible, my amps are 350 watts each and the amp is rated 1200 watts peak, i heard some ppl add up to 4 amps, how do u do that?

why would this be in off-topic? i'm confused. i'm assuming it was originally posted in the mitsu. forum cuz of the two eclipse guys who posted in it.

doesn't the mitsubishi forum have an interior/audio/video subforum like the honda/acura forum? just thinking this guy would be better helped in an area such as that.

i don't know what the hell is goin on here, but i'll answer the poster's question.

it is possible to wire two amps to one sub, but its all dependent on the situation, the subs voice coils impedence, number of voice coils, and if the amp is capable of running mono or bridged.

if your not expierienced, then get someone to help you, its not worth blowing a sub or amp...
