KJ motor... 2.3L

is the link for it.. it says on the Auction that it has the same compatablity as the KLZE and this one supposidly puts out 220hp at the crank... who knows... they want 1800USD for it .. than an extra 200 for the ECU and Harness... anyone know about this engine?

yeah I heard of it..it's the 2.3 supercharge engine..don't think of putting that into your mx-3..it won't fit...the only thing you can use from this engine are 2 things...and you have to be turboed/supercharged...the 280cc injectors that is a direct drop in in our fuel rails...and the millenia rods...much beefer than the kl..don't know much tough about the rods but it seems you have to mod a little thing to make them fit...couple of probes have them on probalk

you can't get some you have to fabricate it...the shaft is connected to a pulley driven by the timing belt and the other end of the shaft is connected to the compressor..that's how it worlk..the engine uses its power the rotate the compressor unlike the turbo where it the exhaust gaz that turns the turbine that is attach to the compressor via a shaft..
I've seen inly one supercharge kl and the shaft was in the front of the engine just over the exhaust manifold..the site was www.mazdamaniac.com but the site is down for couple of months now
