Wow that baby is awesome! Until the second pic loaded I would've bet my left foot that it was one of the whips modenas. That electric blue is amazing!

Looks to me just like a regular 360 Modena with Challenge wheels:

-no modified front bumper
-there is no enlarged lip spoiler on the rear of the engine cover
-regular mirrors (although the hotwheels CS has regular shaped mirrors, they are painted black to simulate the carbon fibre of the rear mirrors)
-on the real CS, the front end sits slightly lower than the rear, but I don't think they would incorporate this into a model anyways.

The only CS elements I see are the wheels, sliding plexiglass windows and modified interior. Really cool model, nonetheless.
