My heater fan sometime works. With the ignition switch on it might come on. Then sometime it will stay on when I turn the switch off. Where do I look? #2 Is there an cheap easy way to hook up elec. for a hitch that I put on. I am talking about a 96 caravan. Thanks

Heater fan problem: Possibly a sticking (bad) relay. If ignition on and fan ctrl speed on, relay sends power to blower motor on secondary circuit.
