Help with this Code?????

I scan my 97 gand prix today because the abs light keeps coming on. I think it is a wheel sensor that has gone bad but then I get this code c1236(low system supply voltage). I guess question #1 is what does this code mean and two if anyone know how or where to start with this please let me know?
