great customer service, but you pay for it
If you can dive into one of their end-of-model alpine blowouts then do it. Anything else they sell is overpriced IMO.

Something on their site are cheap IMO. For instance the for 2 12" Infinity refences that I am getting. It comes out to ~67 a sub. After their buy 2 at this price and 10% off and free shipping. Cheaper than ebay!
