ok i asked my mechanic if my LED blue sidemarker lights will pass inspection. he kept telling me they were illegal to have because they were blue. but he also said so was red. i've seen people that have red ones and blue ones around. so now im asking you guys. if i get these sdemarker lights installed on my front fenders. will they pass inspection?????

No they will not pass inspections, because cops don't like people using blue or red lights on there car. What you can do is just get the yellow or clear bulbs and go through the inspections and then when thats all over go ahead and change them if you really want them blue.

Well i have the blue led winshield washer lights, blue neon under car kit lights and everything so i figured i mine as well get the blue side markers. cops havent had a problem with them, so who knows whats going on. but oh well ill just have them white and ill change the windshield washer lights white and keep the blue neons under the car. hopefully it would look good.

Good luck!! You shouldn't have a problem with the washer lights color if you don't have them hooked up with your signals. THe neons are fine as long as you just use them while you are parked and not in motion. The only thing I would say is since most side markers are hooked up to your signals just to change them only to the white or yellow that way you don't have to be changing everything.

yeah thanks. the white might look alright because i am getting a white decal across the side of my car and all. so ill see how it looks, if it looks bad, ill just change it around somehow.
