Anyone know if gauge pods from tach and non tach trucks interchange without rewiring?

NO - these are refered to as a HEC module (hybred electronic cluster) they are very touchy and should never be interchange - they contain the theft (pats) module and installing the wrong one will prevent the vehicle from even running
