I need everyones opinion please.Casadint 07-27-2004, 04:07 AM Okay, I just joined up with this forum and I have a few questions seeking knowledgable opinions. First off I drive an escort, second I am selling it, third I plan on buying an Acura Integra. I am open for suggestions as to bonebreaking swaps, etc, anything you all have seen and think might be interesting for me to know. I have been reading up a lot about the Acura Integra, and I have a feeling it would do me justice. If any of you have been turned down or have crossed an Acura Integra, let me know the circumstances eh? I would like any input. Thanks alot! I look forward to keeping up with threading as well! -Casadint, aka the White Snail. (White Escort is what I drive, go figure.) Editting: Btw, just to clearify everything, my intention is to stay within the years of 94-97 integra. Most likely GS-R. youngvr4 07-27-2004, 05:31 AM you will get more info and help in the integra forums. -Jayson- 07-27-2004, 11:18 AM yes this forum is for people who like to race on the streets and then tell everyone about it, hence the name "street racing" VoodooCS 07-27-2004, 11:54 AM Just don't get a 4 door all i can say MR2Driver 07-27-2004, 11:58 AM Unless you're doing a swap or a LSVTEC, dont get an LS... 209 neon 07-27-2004, 12:35 PM good choice on car......if your going turbo get an ls if your going all motor get a 95 gsr one of the quickest years.....besides the 94 b17.... After I get my integra you can bet I'll be landing a few stories on your doorsteps. heh. kittedb18bt 07-27-2004, 02:21 PM the 93 gsr was the fastest year with the B17. few cars handle better than the integra with the correct tires and suspension mods. as stated earlier, try to save up and go turbo. bolt ons do not do much to these cars. hey, i owned an '01 LS from 12 miles to 56k. SpaceManSpiff 07-27-2004, 02:58 PM I currently own a '97 gs-r, and I love it. It's stock as of now, but an intake is in the mail as we speak (err.. type.) I've seen people in gs-r's with I/H/E or some combination thereof run anywhere from 16 flat to 14.7, depending on the driver. They're excelent quality cars, and very fun. And a basic I/H/E/C will generally net you 15-odd hp and a half-second or so in the quarter. Mild cams will give you another 20 or so if you want to deal with the instalation. For more information than you'll ever want to know about the integra, go to www.team-integra.net. landyacht 07-27-2004, 03:00 PM Hmmm....no 4 door, stay in the 94ish range, no vinyl. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
