can you swap cams out of a 93 325 i and replace them with 95 m3 cams ? if so is there anything else i need to do the swap such as soft ware?

Yes you can swap the M3 cams into the 325i, and you will need upgraded software. You can get both in a kit from www.turnermotorsport.com for $1249 and they boast a gain of 25 hp and 24 ft/lb torque without any other modifications... I've been looking at doing this to my own 325i
