i have a 99 accord lx. after i remove the key 5-10 minutes, i can still open and close all the windows? is it normal? if not how can i fix it? wil i able to start the car tomorrow? please help. thanks.

9005 high beam
9006 low beam

Normal that you can open the windows for 10 mins after you turn your car off. They can't be opened after 10 minutes have elapsed or if you open the door.
