Swapping Motors??

I have a 94 civic DX, and my motor is going to shit...can anyone help me out with what kind of swap i can do? and price ranges? i want a GSR motor, but i don't think it will fit

any b-series motor will fit just make sure u get the right mounts...and your best bet it a gs-r complete swap for anywhere betwee 1600-2000 dollars

Or you can forget the GSR motor and buy a sohc and turbo it! Same price...better results. If you ask me.

ummmmm no. it might be the same price to turbo the d series, and it may be close to gsr'ed civic. the gsr are much more potenial. i guess its just a matter of how far you wanna go. i justr finished turbo on my gsr and i can tell you i will beat a sohc turbo pretty easy.

Do you guys with engine-swap worry about smog check and stuff? That's the only reason that's holding me back. I'm afraid it might not pass it.
