Yea, the Mazdaspeed Miata might take a 240sx on a track. They handle really well.

Well, he said on a budget, so I assume he can't buy a new car. That said, there are some nice aftermarket turbo and S/C kits for the Miata, so it's worth looking into.

ya i think a 240sx would be your best bet. see if you can find a silvia
