cooling fan relays

Does anyone know where the relays are located that control the two fans on the radiator.

its there under the dash on right side take off cover with four screws it is the second square relay from the left to right

My 96 Deville just had this problem. The fans don't come on now. Should I check the relay first? Is this under the dash on mine too?
