Ok so I have a 90 civic but as far as electrical nd motor goes its a 95 ex. Im having problems passing smog it high on NOX. Any Ideas anybody. Im in cali. Please help Im desprate. BTW new cat and refeb'd injectors.

Inspect the plugs, and distributor cap/rotor. If any are dirty or worn, replace them. Otherwise, it might be an o2 sensor.
