I was heading to my gf's house to drop her off after a movie and hanging out, going down a street, two lanes aech side, divided by a grassy median, and shes like, whats that? and im like what? holy poop its a deer, it darts toward the street, i slam on the brakes, it hits the driver side fender, rolls on the hood, head smashes the windshield, rolls over my roof and then skids along the ground, gets up and skampers off.

lucky for me, i already had a new windshield sitting in my garage waiting to be installed, because i had a crack running along it.
the fender i think could be pounded out and such, just hopefully

hay i hit a full grown cow going about 90-95mph in my 3000gt i think it did a 360 flip over my car i had no driver side mirror and head light after that and i had a hole in my hood from the head light. crazzy

upon further inspection, i found out that my headlight assembly is only hangoing on by one of the 4 brackets, the other three snapped, so another thing i need too, i want to get some projector headlights too, looking to get some for under 70 bucks if any one knows where, thatd be great! ebay = 100 bucks

it is crazy that we're all alright. they told me how i hit the brakes, see i dont remember hitting the brakes that hard, but my gf doesnt wear her seatbelt, grr, even when shes driving with me and my quote "mad man driving" lol
everything in my car had flown forward and stuff
we even had the windows down when we hit it.

bad things happen to me when i drive the speed limit, ive realized this.
got two flat tires in two weeks druing winter, wasnt speeding or nothing
hit a deer going the speed limit and slamming the brakes
hit the m3 cuz i was being retarded
got a ticket for running a red light when i thought it was blinking cuz it was late at night =(

I hit a deer on a northern missouri highway doing 65 mph...somehow did NO damage. The deer hit the right front corner of my CRX. It was about 3am...scared the living crap out of me..and I was shocked that no damage was done. I'm sorry you weren't as lucky...I also just have liability insurance.

Edit: Oh yea...it was while coming back from Lincoln, NE :)

i cant get the fender off, i lost my haynes manual too, so right now on the fender, i have the three bolts connecting it under the hood, and the one right by the headlight, now im trying to get the one by the side skiskirt, but i cant get that off, any help?

found my haynes manual and it doesnt even have a how to remove the side skirt blocking the fender bolts, it shows the fender bolts, but not how to get to them =(

all this due to a deer you dint even get to eat

Yeah I know what ya mean on hitting deer. I have hit 4 in the past 7 mths. I think Im doing better than most hunters!!! Haha!

i got a deer story while it's in discussion. Drivin cross country bout ten yrs. ago cruisin a state hwy. in Alabama. In a car not cool enough to mention. Middle of the night i come around a corner and see 3 deer right in front of me 2 actually took off and the 3rd jumped just as i'm screeching to a stop, and the deer puts a hind leg, on his next step, right through my windshield and planted a big deer hoofprint right on my dashboard. Then proceeded to jump right over my car. Just had to replace the windshield. I opted to leave the dash the way it was, since it looked kinda cool.
