Well Here is what I've done so far.
Visualy Inspected the timing chain. (twice ) Replaced the Crank & Cam Sensors. Did a compression test ( all cylinders approx 185 PSI ) Checked for spark by removeing the plug wires and observed hot blue spark across all 3 sets of coil studs and each spark plug & plugwire checked good. Checked the injectors by removing them from the head and cranking enging, All sprayed fuel vapor well. Car was running great, turned off and now it will not start or run. Has a deep rumbling sound and tiny internal engine backfires when cranking. Like a timing chain that is off a few teeth, but as I said I checked it twice. Please post any ideas you might have as I am into my 4th day with this beast.
Thanks Joe.

This is a toughie. Perhaps your starter has lost a few teeth, and is unable to turn to spin the flywheel fast enough to start the engine, unless it sounds like the engine is genuinely trying to start.
