My daughter's 1994 Geo Metor A/C compressor has developed a mechanical problem and now has to be replaced. Does anyone know a source for replacement new or rebuilt compressors that don't cost an arm and a leg? Oh, I suppose that I'll also need a new receiver/drier too because this one is probably full of crud from the defective compressor.

More questions: Where the heck is the low pressure and high pressure switches located, and what do they look like? I can't find 'em?? Also, what is the maximum pressure on the high side with R-134?
