My 1989 Camry has a problem with its radio. The factory manufactured radio has been "removed" (stolen) and another removable radio made by "Sound Connections" has replaced it. However the radio blacks out whenever you pass under a telephone wire or the antenna shakes, or when a 18 wheeler passes by. I have put other radios in the car and they do the same. Please Help.

Have you tried replacing the antenna?

No I haven't b/c i honestly don't have the money. The car is in great condition but too old to put any investments into it. If I win the lottery it's not the first on my list.

Any other suggestions?
