A lot of you are talkin about buffing, when detailing exhaust systems. Since Iīm not a native english speaker I donīt really know what this means.
Has it something to do with the heat marks you see on exhaust pipes?
If so how do make this?
Please Help.

it just means you rub the paint once it dry, to give it more of a realistic metal look,
you can also add highly thinned paint of whatever color on it and rub it so it blends in and looks like heat stains

heat treated tips can be painted on using clear orange and clear blue acrylic paints over the finished aluminum or aluminum/steel paint.
