GTR34 ( GT turbo )

HI Guys,,,,

I have a GTR34 ( Exhuast , down pipe , HKS GT intercooler , boost control , air filter )

i'm plaing to get HKS GT turbines , HKS cams , Cam pully , ECU . i need help.

should i go wiht GT2540 , 2535 , 2530 ?? and which cams? 264 in / 272ex ?? and what about Valve Lift ? ( 8.72 or 9.63 )

Hi, this topic has been discussed by me and others in a thread in this forum. Type in 2540 in the search box and you will probably find the topic. My 33 runs 2540s with other mods and now pumping 605 hp at 1.5 bar. If you are interested, go to www.ridejudge.com and you can read about the mods there.

yes i did read it,, but still not clear to me, coz i ther are many 2540 sizes ,

GT2540R To4E 46T/GT25 A/R0.64
GT2540R To4E 46T/GT25 A/R0.86
GT2540 T4 46T/GT25 A/R0.64

or what do u think about,

GT2535R 56T A/R 0.86 ( maybe too lagy )
GT2535 T350 56T/GT25 A/R0.86

i'm really confused,, and which cams,,,

please i need advise,

Hi UAEBOY, don't worry too much:cool: I will check my turbo's AR this weekend and will tell ya about it. There are many cam settings but I chose 264 in and 272 ex. simply because I wanted to maintain some low end while having at the same time enormous top end. I still haven't seen a 2535 on a GTR and actually I do not know whether there is a 2535 kit for GTR by HKS. However I am dead sure that AR 0.86 might be too laggy.

Not to laggy for an MKIV Supra :D Just wanted to chime in and say thanks to R33 for his un-directly related information that has helped me so much in deciding on a twin setup for my supra. :sun: thanks again!

HI Supra, yeah I guess it would not be too laggy on a Supra as it's 3 litre engine packs more wallops than our " little " 2.6+ engine!
I ma glad to have been of some help to you. Do feel me in on your set up and the results when your car is ready. Got to keep abreast with my competition you know!;) :D

Ok GT2540's I hear a lot of people are thinking about it, I personaly am thinking about the GT3 seires in a Twin Setup non of these singel turbo upgrade.

anyways if your around Dubai send me an Email might hook up and race I also own a GTR34 not modified yet but Soon no worries about it need to get my pay check first.

why dont you try the HKS GT 2835 ? cause they can make 600+ whp alone

i have the HKS kit GT 2835 , i just got it two weeks ago, its ganna be installed on GTR33 , but i have another freind who has GTR34 , and he is looking for small turbines , 2835 has alittle LAG, so we were thinking to go with 2540 or 2530 .

but yesterday came to me and asked me to order the HKS 51R KAI single turbo, and i did,,

OK.... if you dont want the lagg then try the T'78 its Good
