dual exhausty2neones 07-15-2004, 10:59 PM i was looking to get dual exhaust for my 2000 es, i was wondering if anyone had any recomendations for "best bang for the buck". i dont want real loud exhaust, but i want it to growl when i step on it. thanks alot. Y2kNeon 07-17-2004, 09:29 AM From what it "seems" like, the Vibrant dual exhaust is pretty popular. I wouldn't go with Pacesetter's catback (even for the price) because it has quality and fitment issues. Or you can just cut off the muffler, throw a silencer inline and make a custom muffler-less exhaust! woo! justkal23 07-18-2004, 01:08 AM ive got 99 neon. i had pacesetter for 3 years. fittment was perfet and sounded good. they have a 1 year warranty.like i said mine lasted 3 years until it finally rusted out.. now ive still got the same catback pipes..but i took the rusted out pacesetter muffler off and welded in a dual camaro exhaust w/ some chrome tips. pacsetter and vibrant are arent that much differnt..just the price and the look... w/ the vibrant its ALL chrome/polished w/ the pacesetter its all black except for the yellow on the inside of the tips, but after a hile the yellow went away. but for all your neon parts at reasonable prices... check out www.modernperformance.com. also i had this on a 99.. 00+ i dont have a clue about. 209 neon 07-19-2004, 11:56 AM go with vibrant.... y2neones 08-04-2004, 12:25 AM just a question for anyone who went with vibrant dual. how does it sound? BleedDodge 08-04-2004, 02:08 AM It sounded like my electric razor. Beastiek2 08-05-2004, 06:12 PM I had vibrant DTM sounded aight vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
