Ford Taurus SHOkrebs128 07-14-2004, 10:30 PM this is my first model to be posted on here. been building for a few years. i stumbled upon this site and it revived my ambition to build, and exsposed me to the un-ending possibilities of modifications. this was the robo-cop car, but i built it as the civilian street car -- just a nice simple box-stock build. built it back in february but just now finally got my camera to work. http://img16.exs.cx/img16/696/sho_1.jpg http://img16.exs.cx/img16/642/sho_2.jpg http://img16.exs.cx/img16/1398/sho_3.jpg i kept everything pretty stock except for an air intake. pretty simble build. http://img16.exs.cx/img16/4136/sho_4.jpg http://img16.exs.cx/img16/1193/sho_5.jpg http://img16.exs.cx/img16/4628/sho_6.jpg http://img16.exs.cx/img16/5231/sho_7.jpg http://img16.exs.cx/img16/8792/sho_8.jpg http://img16.exs.cx/img16/4999/sho_9.jpg the back left wheel is a little off in a couple of these pics. i think i just set the car down wrong because looking at it now it seems fine. *EDIT* yea, geocities sucks, so i'm using a temporary server till my usual one is back up and running. i'll post the rest of the pics when it's up and running again. jswillmon 07-14-2004, 10:41 PM krebs128 07-14-2004, 10:42 PM damn it!!! the free server i was using is down, so i used my back-geocities!!! damn you geocities!!! jswillmon 07-14-2004, 10:49 PM Turbo Monster 07-14-2004, 11:06 PM or photobucket. that's a good place too! krebs128 07-14-2004, 11:10 PM or photobucket. that's a good place too! that's what i usually use, but it's down for upgrades. jswillmon 07-14-2004, 11:10 PM paint looks good, I think you need to go back and do a little detail painting on the interior and motor. Then paint the window trim and you've got yourself a nice looking model mstngcobrasvt98 07-15-2004, 01:12 AM I did that model a long time ago and for its age, it had pretty good detail. Lovely job, if only i could find a wagon in it. krebs128 07-15-2004, 02:13 AM thanks for the comments. since those pictures were taken, i have painted the window seals on the body and the badges on the body and added a license plate. i don't plan on detailing it any more -- like i said, it's just a nice easy build. now my supra i'm working on, that's a pain in the ass. Macdaddy4738 07-15-2004, 07:56 AM I did that model a long time ago and for its age, it had pretty good detail.
