i have a 1990 integra(b18a) and i want use nos, but i dont what shot i should do. I am going to do a complete upgrade on the engine, like the crankshaft etc... and if i do that would i be able to do a 100shot?

need more info on what you'll be doing to the engine.

new pistons, new cams, new crankshaft, or anything else i would need to do to be able to run that high of a shot.

ya that should be enough. dont forget new rods and a valvetrain and have it dyno'd on racing gas

you wont need a new crank, but you will need rods, pistons, and valvetrain

wheres the best place to buy a valvetrain.

any stainless steal valves are the best. stay away from skunk2 valves although there spring and retainers are fine.
supertech is the best valvetrain in my oppinion. dont know of any sites off hand.
go to google and type in supertech valvetrain and search tell you find best price.
