Need Help!!!!!

I have an '88 Accord that somebody tried to steal. It looks like they jammed a screwdriver into the ignition cause it is all torn up and the the outer metal ring has been pulled off. Is there anyway for me to get the steering wheel unlocked? Its currently parked on the street in front of my house and I need to at least push it into the driveway. Also, is there anyway I can repair this? Can a new assembly be ordered? Also, is there anyway I can get it to start as it is? I need it asap since its currently my only vehicle and way to get to work. Thanks for any help you can give.
