Help! Miscellaneous interior electric

I have a 97 Camry. Recently i noticed my clock, intermittent wipers and power side view mirrors do not work. I am guessing this is a related problem. I checked the fuses and they all check out ok. Any ideas or suggestions.

A short in wiring, possibly a bad relay...or maybe there's a fuse that you're missing somewhere. Have you checked the fuse box under the hood? And what about the one behind the coin box?
