GTR...GTR...GTR 07-16-2004, 12:58 AM (I)integra (T)type (R)r got v-tec? 07-17-2004, 10:21 PM i love the car but im not felling the fenders too much the body is ok. i like the engine setup and the #s ive been hearing that alot lately. did z3 fenders go out of style or what? actually the only reason i bought them was because when i put my front bumper on it didnt look natrual and i thought if i put some fenders on it would all kinda come together, but now its like i have to much going on in the front (bumper, fenders, bomex mirrors, and i have a black widow2 hood that i never put on cause then it would look like the front end is just way to aggressive and the the back of the car just has a rear bumper.. do you guys think if i put that bw2 hood on and buy a bomex wing it will average the car out? or would the front end look to aggressive?? Also over a year ago i bought a bodykit from importfan.com (gtp international) the kit included nw c1 front end, buddy club side and rear.(all fiberglass) the front and rear matched up perfectly, but the side skirts showed up with spider cracks and was raiser thin and did not match up right at all. i called gtp to see if the side skirts were for my application, and they said they were but they did not fit up right at all. i even did some cutting to make them fit but it looks like shit! i payed $169 +60shipped and they are worthless. does anyone now a site that sales carbonfiber buddyclub side skirts? and if anybody has any kind of carbonfiber side skirts on there civic please post pics, and let me know if they matched up right. I dont really want buddyclub cause there so popular but there the only ones ive seen that i like. or if you have any oppinions on witch side skirts would look best on my car please share your thoughts... http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wNDY4MjkxNnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg oh and any info on how to resize would be awesome snowman2005 07-17-2004, 11:18 PM http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/w...zMXk1NDE%3D.jpg that other pic makes the car look all weird and stuff like the lights dont go on that car but keep the hood u have on there GTR...GTR...GTR 07-18-2004, 03:45 AM get some projector "angel eyes" headlights. Also don't put the BW hood on there. If anything stay OEM or get a invader CF hood. .02 black halo projectors coming soon. GScivic7 07-19-2004, 02:12 AM great looking car, you really need to finish up that body kit though. And z3 fenders are poopie. The BW hood is the one with humongous nostrils meant for catching small innocent birds right...don't put it on there, your car is CLEAN. There is a site that sells a lot of CF parts. It's like carbon fiber creations or something like that I think. If you google it it'll probably come up. So yeah, put it on! It may make the front end look a little mod heavy though. If you want to fix that get a wide body kit or some rear fender flares and a mid-wing. just my .02 Boosted92HB 08-07-2004, 04:59 PM TOO MUCH!!! I agree w/ GTR, and GScivic. I would definately go w/ a Invader hood. No one asked your opinion on the topic yet you just chime in with your "words of wisdom." dude, you made a stupid comment in the first place. someone posts a pic and youre like: just do an ITR front end convo. ohh yeah sure and right after that ill go out and buy a new 911. just drop the shit. 2 cents is 2 cents but youre not the damn automotive styling god here. GTR...GTR...GTR 08-20-2004, 12:29 AM dude, you made a stupid comment in the first place. someone posts a pic and youre like: just do an ITR front end convo. ohh yeah sure and right after that ill go out and buy a new 911. just drop the shit. 2 cents is 2 cents but youre not the damn automotive styling god here. I never said I was the Automotive styling god. I just threw in my 2 cents. BTW I said: "nice civic. you should do a ITR conversion" I thought his civic would look good with a ITR front end. To you it may have been a stupid comment but at least I didn't jump in with an insult out of the blue like slave's dumb ass did. Everything was hunky dorey until slave showed up in this thread. Also, I don't know where you get your parts from but the cost for an ITR conversion kit is sub 2G's. People spend more then that on a body kit painted and installed. pheurton-skeurto 08-20-2004, 01:36 PM sure the cost of an itr convo is sub $2000 but youre talking thousands in custom bodywork, a body kit is probably one of the easiest body work projects, both price and difficulty wise. seriously this thread needed locked 10 or so posts ago. GTR...GTR...GTR 08-20-2004, 04:48 PM custom body work? Why? They're bolt on kits. Well, the good ones are anyway. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
