Rear right power window problem

The power window on the rear right side door goes down but does not go up. Right before it had broken down, i had heard a cracking/snapping sound and after that the window wont roll up and keeps falling down. I am a doiturself newbir so could someone let me know what could be the problem and what would be the best way to fix this?

If you can hear the window motor running when hitting the switch you probably need a window regulator. This is a common problem especially with the Camry's

how did you fix the power window problem?? I have the same problem on the left rear side in my camry 93
