rebuilt wrc <--another failure-->

i decided to rebuilt this car as a practice....but still..i am not satisfy with my work...because i think i am too rush........for some reason i always over-sanded the paint :banghead:

don't see your problem with the paint...looks smooth and shiny.
Maybe make some better pics :P

It looks real cool. Why are you unsatisfied with it? I think it just needs some light grey panel lines to break up the super shiney super smooth paint...other than that, it looks amazing.

sometime dissatisfcation can be a good thing to improve skills, even with as in this case the kit looks good.

when you say sand to much how do you mean??? cutting back to the plastic on the corners or just cutting to much paint ? these are problems i have. try using a higher grade of wet and dry paper (1000-1200 grade) and use it wet seems to do less damage :D

the skooby looks great thou and i wouldnt beat youself up to much about it

I can't really see anything wrong. Looks nice and shiny like a lot of other guys have said.

I agree with these guys- pics look good. of course pics can look better than real life- like my supra :)
One thing I've learned modeling for more than 20 years is that YOU will never be satisfied with YOUR work, no matter how good it is or what others say- if you are satisfied, that means you stopped trying to do better. :) BTW_ I'd like to see the Seahawk and the Hornet- where can I see pics of those??
