New Car HelpTim5371 07-03-2004, 08:40 PM I am thinking of buying a 1997 Integra LS from a local used car dealership. I have a few questions first because I am a new car owner, and I am a little nervous. They are asking $1050 CDN ($8000 US). The car has 113,000 Km's (70,000 miles) and it seems suspicously cheap considering the after-market work that has been done. It does need new front tires though. It has: an after market rear spoiler (resembles Custom 3pc WRW w/Long LED) a pretty basic cold air intake 17" mags lowered the dealer says it is an LS, but inside the door it says RS-S and it doesnt have a Sunroof, but it does have A/C. So I was wondering if someone could please excuse my ignorance and help me out and reassure me that I am getting a good deal, and that the car is not underpriced because of some bad problem that the dealer is not telling me about. THanks! scallywag 07-03-2004, 10:55 PM well it is a ok deal. The miles are low so it is ok. What kind of condition is it in all around. For that price you could find a 97 gsr if you shoped right! SpaceManSpiff 07-04-2004, 02:10 PM You can definately find a 97 gsr for that price. Mine had 75k miles on it and only cost me $6650. I would recoment against buying a car from a dealer, since they tend to charge quite a bit more. Also, say your limit is 2 grand (US) under whatever they're asking, they'll usually come down at least $1500. 94 GS-R 07-05-2004, 04:22 PM Shop around! vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
