Navigation Problem

I have a 325ci 2001 The Nav system has been working great until about a week ago. I went into the car and the battery was dead. Surprised I jump started the car and everything was fine except for the Nav system. For some reason the unit in the trunk of the car is staying on and draining the battery. In addition to this the Nav. CD will not stay in. It will work for about two minutes then it automatically pops out. Any advice would be appreciated.

Simple fix actually. Just disconnect fuses from fuse box for a few minutes and then replace them. Everything reset itself. Working fine for three days now.
