730 head gaskets!beefymccord 06-30-2004, 03:07 PM Has anyone got any advice for changing the head gaskets on a bmw 730 - 1995? Question? left head. do I have to take of the front engine timing cover?crank pulley etc.......The only advise that I can give you is ....Dont be afraid.......it's only a car( famous last words) jeffreyb4me 10-18-2004, 08:25 PM no, the front timing cover and crank pulleys remain in place.
