Hi everyone.

I am new here and hoping to see if some of my questions can get answered. I am looking to purchase a 94 to 96 Acura Integra 2 door hatchback. I just recently sold my Honda CBR600RR motorcycle and am looking at the Acura now as it seems to have a good reputation for reliability. Can anyone offer me any advice about what I should expect to pay for a RS or LS model in this year range. HOw many miles or kilometres on the odometer is considered "too high". Are there any specific trouble spots I should look for? (I heard timing belts become an issue on high mileage cars). I am looking to spend $4500.00 US at the most. Is it possible to find a decent deal out there? Or are all the cars I am seeing listed in this price range going to cause me a lot of problems?

ANy advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Well i have a 93 teg Rs and paid $500 but it ranges from 2-3 grand , so i'm guessin for a 94-64 it gonna be between 4-8 grand, and i habe highmilage but honda engines last long but still look for low mile ones

You should be able to find a 94 ls for around that price. hell if you are a good shopper you could get a 96 ls with about 100k on it for that price. I got my old 96ls for $4900 last year with 103k on it.

I paid 7k last year for my 95 gs-r in good cond. So you should pay less than that.

I just bought a 94 for 1800 but it had a fender problem, nothing major fixed by a board and hammer, and it idled bad but that was fixed real easy too, had 180000 miles on it and still runs great

You always have to remember a Honda can go to 200K with no problem at all as long as you keep all scheduled maintence up. I have had my integra for 3 years now and have had no problems with it at all. All I have had to do is timing belt and other regular maintence. If I had the choice to keep mine I would but I have to get rid of mine because I have orders to Germany. You will not regret buying a car with 100k or more on it as long as it is taken care of!
