I have this error code on my gs-r.. anyone ever seen this and fixed this,...

what do u think it is, as in what part do u think might be causing the problem
i already checked the pcv valve, also interesting this here is this, whennever i do a throttle body cleaning THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT GOES AWAY ...but then it comes back a day or two later with the same error code,..can this be fixed

any help any ideas...
