Need information about owner's manualtugg 06-28-2004, 03:54 AM I have a used 240sx that came without a owner's manual. Can someone tell me the octane to use, what oil is recommended? Also what should the psi on the tires be. Thanks. johnnyboy5 06-28-2004, 09:46 AM its stated that you use 91 for the 240, "For max performance". But u can use 87, u get good mileage. oil is 5w-30 in cold temp, 10w-30/40 for reg. and 20w-50 for high temp. Mobil oil is the best. i used 20w-50 last oil change. psi according to what it had already is 35. Hope this helps u out. other specs should say somewhere in ur 240, glove compartment, gas lid, door, etc. Download a service manual from vsiev. nomore240sx 06-28-2004, 09:57 AM it is recommended 91 but if 91 isn't available, lower octane can be used. The psi on the tires depends on the tire; if it says max 25, you dont' want to put 35 psi. tugg 06-28-2004, 09:08 PM how many quarts of motor oil do i put in the ka24E engine on a motor oil change? nomore240sx 06-28-2004, 11:29 PM four vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
