aem big brake kitaznbmxxxer 06-27-2004, 08:35 PM are these actually any good? theyre really cheap, and use the oem caliper. how big are the rotors? it says 20% bigger then stock, how many inches is that? Ricochet 06-27-2004, 10:33 PM They're not bad if you have more than one-piston calipers like the crappy stock ones do, braided brake lines, and good brake pads like EBC Greenstuff's. You'll need 17"+ rims for the big brake kit to fit. SilverY2KCivic 06-27-2004, 10:54 PM Ugh, definitely NOT JDM related. :disappoin :banghead: Ricochet 06-27-2004, 11:32 PM Ugh, definitely NOT JDM related. :disappoin :banghead: neither are the other 9/10 posts in this area.. SilverY2KCivic 06-29-2004, 02:15 AM neither are the other 9/10 posts in this area.. True enough. AEM kits like the Big Brake kit, are more for show than performance. Cross drilled rotors arer no good for the street, and using the STOCK calipers on "13 discs is just not something I'd do. phoenixitc 07-07-2004, 07:26 AM I just had Brembo slotted rotors and AEM pads installed. I can definately feel the difference in how they feel. I'll be putting in SS lines very soon. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
