The 95 altima beat a brand new 2003 civic si hatchback by a car, it only had an intake and exhaust but oh well, and 99 si by a half a car i still won who cares, bust integras all day

waz n e body hear in that Charlotte street racin bust?

4 transmissions, 2 clutches, 14 points on license, sr-22 inssurance, still racin the altima, worth it i guess

2003 Honda Civic SI stock horsepower....at best, 160hp at 6500 RPM

1995 Nissan Altima stock horsepower......at best, 150hp at 6500 RPM

SI has intake and exhaust, that's probably 18hp all together...so that's
178hp for the civic.

You have 150hp

so he has more HP, and you won right?
Its not what you drive, its how you drive.

you were obviously a better driver than he/she was.
the SI could dust your ass with the right driver.

I have a 1995 Nissan Altima, so I know how it handles and what not.

most people are stupid, and don't know how to drive, that's probably how.

just because a car doesn't accelerate in take off as fast as another car, doesn't mean its slower. It means that its take off might not be tuned right, or like I said, the person behind the wheel is a dumbass.

Honda's aren't sucky, the people who buy them, however....are.

but like I said, now I have my Altima, and its becoming super badass as every day goes by.

cost a little under 7 grand with labor....I get those parts cheaper than most other people because I'm an ebay dealer.

So u gained 55hp just in ur exhaust and put in a corvette tranny, i wouldnt believe that no matter what, first of all i might not have laughed as hard if u had added a trubo, since they have several kinds out there for THE CIVIC or even had an dohc engine swap but payin the money to have an extra gear put in instead of a turbo with only 300-310 hp lol,lol,lol(yeah right) jus doesnt make n e since, let me see some pics of this master-f*ckin_piece of sh*t then ill call my self a lian piece of f*ck in front of everyone and in everychat room, thanx for makin honda owners look that much more stupid WELL AS U CAN SEE PEOPLE THIS WHAT I HEAR ALMOST EVERYDAY SEE WHY I HATE HONDAS BECAUSE OF BULLSH*TERS

a corvette tranny conversion is actually really simple.

you can converge any transmission to any engine, with the right component peices.

your a fuckin peice of shit....you obviously don't know shit about cars...next thing you'll try to tell me is that an RX-7 rotary engine is impossible to put in a Honda Del Sol, which has been done.

or that a R34 Skyline DOHC engine can't be put in a 1997 Maxima, which by Import Tuner can be done.

remove head from ass....learn about cars.
try doing a make/model engine swap

here ya go, swap a honda h22a engine
to a Nissan 240SX, also possible.

Oh yea readin back over ur bullshit, why the hell would u do a bore to ur engine, instead of simple head work, u would have added more horsepower in a shorter way, u only do bottom end work if ur gonna add nitrous or a turbo either of which u had. Plus the cams in the sohc were shit every honda owner should no that the cam should be the first big upgrade on the sohc, the cam doesnt handle the vtec stages right only dohc can, after the addition of that cam u would run over a fairly stock si's engine on the road. move on to next page OH YEAH THAT 1969 shelby gt 500 probably had its brakes on lol

lets say u did the bore u would of needed new pistons of course, wouldnt u have put on ur list of bull shit the type of pistons and rods u used, u didnt even add n e thing on there about an injector swap or upgrade which would also be a factor in hp :rofl:

wrong, you can bore a SOHC engine over without having to use different rod's and pistons if you don't bore it too much, you can also do this to a DOHC engine.

I didn't choose to do a DOHC/SOHC SI swap, because that would be too easy, the point of what I did was to see if it could be done. You can't sit the...well, I guess you can...let me reword, you shouldn't sit there and tell me something can't be done.

I'm an import consultant...when www.carshowsgonewild.com was around as the bad ass online magazine it was, before it was a shitty automotive search engine, I started that....that was MY idea. I actually still have the layouts on my computer. :)

anyway, I'm around these cars all day, everyday.
So you can't tell me what you can and can't do
when I have some of the best import specialists doing
odd-end projects to see if we can "magically" unlock more
horsepower at a cheaper cost, its called science dick head..
head back on over to high school and learn about it. :)

OK so you are telling me that with my header, muffler, intake, and downpipe that my car now has 163 HP?......YES I DONT EVEN NEED A SWAP NOW! HAHAHAHA yeah fucking right. Do you think we are retarded or something? And how the hell do you figure that the "intake amplifier" added 8 hp? If anything I think that thing is restricting air flow and slowing you down from the extra weight.

And about the whole corvette tranny.....NEVER! Never would that tranny work with a FWD car, and Im sure you didn't convert it to RWD. And if you did, I want to see pictures. And don't even try saying you got it to work with your FWD set up. A RWD tranny is meant to spin a drive shaft, that connects to your rear diff, that then spins the gears inside the diff, and then spins the axles. On a FWD car, the axles simply pop right into the tranny.

You should come on over to the honda forums and try telling us this load of bullcrap.
